Product order conditions

You can receive the ordered product in our office in Mārupe, Mārupītes gatve 9a.

On weekdays from 9:00 to 17:00, Saturday and Sunday – free.

You can also order the product with delivery to any Omniva parcel terminal in Riga, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and in the European Union.

Delivery price 3.50 € (with VAT).

Product return conditions

Return of the product takes place in case the product was delivered to customers in damaged packaging or the product itself was damaged, the return takes place when the seller establishes this fact. Ltd. Alanika returns the money paid or exchange the goods for quality.
